Jelena Mann is Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of FibroFind, where she continues to shape the company’s strategic direction and scientific positioning.

She played a central role in building FibroFind from inception into a commercially focused business, establishing its scientific foundations and translating early insight into a scalable platform. Under her leadership, FibroFind progressed from concept to a globally recognized partner to the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
Jelena combines deep biological understanding with first-principles thinking and commercial clarity, enabling her to identify structural limitations in traditional approaches and position practical solutions that advance the field.

As Non-Executive Director, she provides strategic guidance, challenges assumptions and ensures the business remains focused on delivering high-value, decision-driving human data.
